Picked up as instructed in Narita airport post office, so simple!! Come with a power bank which make the pocket wifi more than a day!! Thank you for making our trip smooth and internet-able all the way :D

Extremely straightforward pick up and drop off process. Excellent service/reception, and they even provided an additional battery pack. Fair pricing on top of all of that.

Essential tool while traveling in Japan or anywhere else

No troubles with having it sent to my hotel or posting it back. Wifi worked excellently. Needed the back up battery at times as the wifi would run out sooner than expected but overall no complaints. Would use again.

I was very happy with my WiFi buddy internet. It worked really well in the cities and in the remote areas that we travelled to. Communication with the company was great, it arrived at my hotel with no problems and was easy to send back.

We picked up wifi buddy at Narita Airport post office and it never left our side for our three week journey through Japan, until we dropped it in the post box outside of security on our way home. Highly recommend! The kit includes everything needed and the signal worked very well for us even in remote areas. Thank you!

Very fast and simple to use. Only problem was using it near buildings as it would slow down which isn’t ideal when you are using it for directions. But that was pretty rare.

We were very pleased with the wifibuddy. With the powerbank that's included it worked about 12 hours. We used 2 labtops, 2 phones and lots of date. No problem's at all. For foreigners that visit Japan by car this is the perfect solution because you can use google maps navigation wich works much better than the garmin cards or car navigation. Installation is very simple. Retour enveloppe incuded. Thanks a lot!!

The device worked great throughout our trip. Also, the pickup and return process was very easy. When I sent questions in, the customer service was responsive, too.

I was very pleased with my Wi-Fi buddy for the most part. It was easy to pick up in the airport, they give you a pre-paid envelope so it was very easy to drop back off when we were done and the instructions were very clear. I loved the fact that they gave us an extra charger because we sure did need it! The WiFi would die about every afternoon. Which I can’t really say if that is normal or not since this was my first time using one. However, the people we were with said they used had used one the last time they had gone to Japan and never had to recharge it as much as we had to. Just a small inconvenience at times but nothing that could be fixed. Other than that it worked great and was helpful with navigating our way around and using google translate! I will definitely use again.

We rented the Diamond WifiBuddy and it was one of the most useful tools of our trip in Japan. We were using two phones, a laptop, and a tablet throughout the week and never had any issues with signal or speed. Our only complaint was that the battery died earlier than we would have liked, but WifiBuddy included an extra battery bank and got us through some of our longer usage days.

The air pocket died a couple of times and had to turned it off and on. Other than was good.

Our trip wouldn’t have been possible without this WifiBuddy. Perfect service the entire time, never had an issue running out of battery. Cannot recommend Japan WiFiBuddy highly enough!

Company sent device to our hotel for easy pick up. The device is easy to connect and use. Return was easy with prepaid and addressed envelope dropped off at our hotel checkout.

A friend of mine recommended Japan WIFI Buddy and we could not be more pleased. We opted to have it delivered to our hotel and it was there when we checked in and we did not even have to ask for it. It came with a self-addressed return envelope which we gave to the concierge when we checked out. Could not have been easier. The WIFI device came with a backup power stick which was very helpful a couple times. The device worked great and was very fast wherever we went. I highly recommend this company. Well done.
