hello, it was very helpful and fast, but the battery run off very quickly, if it was for the extra battery that you send whit the package it wouldn't, work well absolute I will recommend to get one..

Super easy to use and incredibly clutch! We loved the Diamond wifibuddy and never had connectivity issues. We had our own external charger that we used to keep running since we were out and about for the majority of every day and it worked like a charm. We'll be looking for these in every country we travel now.

Great toy to have while in Japan!!

Desperately needed to be connected while in Japan. Because my arrival within 2 days, the MiFi couldn't be delivered to the airport, so they had it shipped to my hotel- it was there waiting for me on check-in. What a great surprise!! I never lost service, even in the mountains of Nagano. Internet speed was great and the cost of the service was acceptable. I will definitely book from Japan WifiBuddy again.

My fiancé and I recently visited China & Japan, and picked up a pocket wifi from WifiBuddy. It was the best decision we made. It gave us unlimited access to the internet while on our trip, and helped make it easier to navigate the streets of Shinjuku. I would definitely recommend picking one up, if you happen to go for a trip to Japan. It was an easy pickup at the airport, and we returned it right back to the same place once we were on our way home.

The wifi buddy was easy to reserve, easy to pick up, and was a lifesaver for me, since I don't speak Japanese I was in constant need of Wi-Fi to help me get around, and for emergency translation purposes.

When the device works, it works well. But it sometimes stops being connected after a period of inactivity, so you have to press the button to reactivate the connection.

Thank you Japan wifi buddy , a great product with great service . I had no issues with battery life with the additional power bank . The pocket wifi in its pouch was an easy fit in my pocket , or in my back back . The coverage was amazing , either in the country side , on the Shinkansen or in buildings . Was super easy , picked up from Haneda airport , dropped of in post box on my way to airport . Will definitely use this product again and highly reccomend this product to anyone traveling to Japan . Even the service from the staff at Japan wifi buddy is great . Thanks again 😀

Easy to use and was very helpful on the trip

This was a great help with my trip. Without it I would be lost. Battery life was great, simple to use, and fast 4g LTE. Highly recommended this! For the price not bad at all. I had to devices for the wifi and still does a great job!

Pretty good network signal and didn't loose any connections during my trip. Only bad thing about it is that it drains the battery too quick but if you remember to charge is every night before you go then it is fine.

I paid for the platinum package and got everything I needed for my 8 day trip in Tokyo. Pick up is easy and drop off is even easier. Wifi work fine pretty much everywhere and I had no problems while using it. I highly recommend this product.

We rented wifi router from WifiBuddy (Diamond package) during our stay in Japan, the router provides very good connection to the internet, definitely recommend this product.

The diamond WiFi Buddy we rented worked flawlessly. It was super easy to order through the website. Japan WiFi Buddy had the best price of any WiFi provider we looked at, and we really enjoyed using our device throughout our two week trip. We got the device with unlimited data, and it worked everywhere we went (we were in Tokyo, Kyoto, Hiroshima and Kanazawa). The device had no problems handling multiple devices at once. We will absolutely rent with Japan WiFi Buddy on our next trip to Japan.

I was in Japan for two weeks for work and stayed in Nagoya. I travelled to Kyoto and Osaka to do some sightseeing. With wifi buddy I was able to get wifi for making calls home, posting pics on social media and using google maps which was a must for train schedules and walking directions. I don’t think I could have made it without it. Easy to use with convenient hotel pickup and return!!

I believe we've been using JWFB for almost 5 years now. They are reliable, clear with communication and offer the best prices. Don't stress yourself out with Narita/Haneda wifi or SIM card prices, just go with JWFB. ありがとう!

The WifiBuddy was fantastic, would recommend this completely. We always had full signal throughout Japan and the price was very reasonable.

It was easy to order and showed up at our hotel on time. The service was also reliable even in the subways. I will use their service again when I come back to Japan.

Great product - could not be more easier

We hired a pocket WiFi for two weeks in Japan and it was indispensable. We used it everywhere, and had a fast connection every place we went. When picking up the WiFi on our first day, I accidentally lost the return envelope. The team was quick to get back to me with detailed instructions on how to get another envelope ready so that I could drop off the pocket WiFi at the airport on our way out

We recently spent a little over two weeks in Japan. This wifi service was excellent. We even received service on the ship while cruising along the islands which was amazing. Easy to set up and easy to mail back...we would use this service again!
